We need your help to keep the slot limit on upper Penns Creek, from Coburn downstream to Swift Run. This limit allows someone to keep trout from 7" up to 12" and allows all the lrager fish to be returned to the stream, if you fish this section you'll agree it has worked out very well abet for more anglers fishing there. Still tying a ton of #24 Trico spinners some to sell and some to give away. Going to go tomorrow and try and get behing the shit plant in Bellefonte but that dam train has been on the track closest to the creek and that makes it very hard to get around! Look for a nice weather change on Thursday & Friday but make sure your not on the stream to early thoses days.
