About perfect
Gees after the rain we have been having our streams are about perfect, we had 7.6" the other week here at the house and last Monday Spring was just a tad high but really great looking. Still using beetles along the banks and if I see something flash at it I switch to a Black or cinn. ant and they eat it! No many guys at all around that day and I'm sure that tomorrow will be the same, maybe time to try that Euro nymphing game again, I see that I might need to have a bit heavier bead haed on just to be able to follow it well. It might also be agood time to throw some smaller streamers around. Last week I stopped to check out Bald Eagle and there was no way in heck I was going to set foot in it, high and very fast.
By the way check out Spring Creek TU web sire there will be "2" really good Zoom sessions coming up and I'll post more info, one is one Musky on the Fly, we have some great locations to give it a try. Tying Musky flies involves using a ton of materials but the 5/0 -6/0 hooks are not hard to come by. If I had a boat I'd be down at the mouth of Penn's and the Susquehanna River and upstream in Penn's for a full day of hunting, not catching for that takes a long time to hook one.
